SMUGMUG
DESIGN SYSTEM
SmugMug is a multi-service photography ecosystem which enables users to browse, store and sell their work.
My goal is to bridge the estranged worlds of art and design to create visceral experiences that last.
As a designer with a background in art, I'm highly curious and critical of the way things look and work. While it may upset UXÂ purists, I don't believe in following design standards and best practices to a tee. Guidelines are meant to be used as structure, not restrictions.
Throughout my career, I've been able to dip my toes into a variety of creative pools that have allowed me to approach projects with a wide lens and creative appetite to truly push the envelope.
Outside of design, I enjoy discovering new music, DeFi protocols and anime I should have watched many years ago. I’m also learning 3D so I can literally add another dimension to my art.

Each subject has their own mini-islands

ECLECTIA
Daily art explorations
Eclectia is a 30 day, self-imposed art challenge where I explored image manipulation, 3D modelling and photography. Each piece was created in under an hour (asides from the 3D models).
Each triptych is connected by the same theme, be it eye diseases, misunderstood fears or the manifestation of the feelings of wonderment.
